1. Standard refund window
You can request a full prorated refund within 14 days of any subscription charge for any reason. We don't ask why. We don't make it hard.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Shopify's billing system.
2. How refunds are calculated
Refunds are prorated based on unused time in your billing period.
Example — Monthly plan
You paid $19 for the Pro plan. You request a refund on day 10 of a 30-day period.
Refund amount = $19 × (20/30) = $12.67
Example — Annual plan
You paid $182 for annual Pro. You request a refund on day 60 of a 365-day period.
Refund amount = $182 × (305/365) = $152.05
3. 7-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial:
- No charge at all
- You retain access until the trial ends
- After trial ends, you're downgraded to Free
4. Beyond 14 days
If more than 14 days have passed since your last charge, we still consider refund requests for:
- Technical issues — App was broken and unusable for >48 hours
- Billing errors — You were charged incorrectly
- Service disruption — Major outage affecting your usage
- Reasonable circumstances — We're human, just ask

5. What's NOT refundable
- Charges older than 90 days
- Service usage already consumed (generations you already made)
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Plan downgrades (you get prorated credit for the new plan, not a refund)
6. Cancellations vs refunds
These are different:
- Cancellation — Stops future billing. You keep access until period ends. No refund issued.
- Refund — Returns money already paid. Access ends immediately upon refund processing.
Most users just want to cancel. To cancel, go to Billing → Cancel subscription. Easy. No call required.

- Include your Shopify store URL
- State the charge date and amount
- (Optional) Tell us why — we use this feedback to improve
We'll confirm within 24 hours and process within 5-7 business days.
8. Refund method
Refunds go back through Shopify's billing system to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or PayPal. Refund appears on your Shopify invoice.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us $25+ per dispute and result in immediate account termination. We will always help you resolve billing issues directly.
10. Disputes
If we can't agree on a refund, you may pursue:
- Shopify Support — they mediate billing disputes for apps on their platform
- Consumer protection authorities in your country
- Small claims court in our jurisdiction (Dhaka, Bangladesh)
11. Special circumstances
You're going through hardship
Lost your job? Store struggling? Just ask. We've issued goodwill refunds and free upgrades to merchants facing tough times. We're humans, not robots.
You found a major bug
If you discovered a major bug that affected your work, contact us. We typically offer 1-3 months of free credits as compensation, beyond just the refund.
The app didn't meet your needs
That's fair. We'd rather refund you than have an unhappy customer. We also love feedback on what was missing — it helps us improve.
