No — it makes them 10× faster. Most stores use ZSI for first drafts and bulk catalog work, then humans polish high-value pages. Best of both worlds.

Yes. Each generation is unique to your input. The ZSI doesn't paste from a database. Two stores entering the same product name will get different output because tone, brand voice, and settings differ.

No, as long as it's helpful. Google's policy (updated 2024) is that ZSI-generated content is fine if it serves the user. Our output is original, factually grounded in your product details, and follows SEO best practices.

Yes. Use copy buttons to grab content, edit anywhere, then paste into Shopify. Or push and edit directly in Shopify afterward.

Very accurate when given good input. Garbage in = garbage out. Provide specific product features (materials, dimensions, use cases) and the ZSI will write specific, accurate copy.

15+ languages including English, Bengali (বাংলা), Hindi (हिन्दी), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Turkish. Multi-language is a Pro feature.

Yes. Use the Translate tool. Paste any content, pick source and target languages, and get translations for all target languages in one shot.

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 generations per month, descriptions, SEO, bullets, and 1 brand template. No credit card needed.

All charges go through Shopify's billing API. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice. We never see your card details — Shopify handles everything.

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page or your Shopify admin. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. See our refund policy. We offer prorated refunds within 14 days of charge for any reason.

Generation is paused until next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan to get more credits immediately. Existing generations are unaffected.

Yes. We're GDPR compliant, use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We don't share your data with anyone except ZS Smart Content AI (required for ZSI processing). See our privacy policy for details.

Only product data you choose to process, your settings, and usage stats. We never access customer data, orders, or financial info.

All your data is permanently deleted within 48 hours. Backups are purged within 30 days. Nothing is retained.

Not at all. The app runs in the Shopify admin only. No code is injected into your storefront. Zero performance impact.

Single descriptions: 3-10 seconds. Image ZSI: 5-15 seconds. Blog posts: 15-60 seconds depending on length. Bulk jobs: ~30-60 seconds per product.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Bulk generation processes up to 50 products at once in the background. You can close the browser and the job continues server-side.

Yes — that's our Image ZSI feature (Pro plan). Upload a product photo and ZSI Vision analyzes it to write complete content automatically.

Yes. Every push automatically saves a snapshot of the previous content. Go to History → click Restore on any item to roll back.

Not currently. We may add Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) on the Unlimited plan in the future. Vote for it on our roadmap.
