No, as long as it's helpful. Google's policy (updated 2024) is that AI-generated content is fine if it serves the user. Our output is original, factually grounded in your product details, and follows SEO best practices.

Yes. Use copy buttons to grab content, edit anywhere, then paste into Shopify. Or push and edit directly in Shopify afterward.

Very accurate when given good input. Garbage in = garbage out. Provide specific product features (materials, dimensions, use cases) and the AI will write specific, accurate copy.

Yes. In Translate, pick a product and your target languages. You can save each translation to Shopify's own translations (for the languages added to your store), or translate up to 5 products in one go. Your original text is never replaced.

Yes. The Free plan includes 50 generations every month, product descriptions, SEO fields, bullets, tags, alt text, the SEO toolkit and 1 brand voice template. No credit card needed.

All charges go through Shopify's billing API. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice. We never see your card details — Shopify handles everything.

Yes. Cancel from the app's Plans page or from your Shopify admin. Your store moves to the Free plan as soon as you cancel.

Yes. See our refund policy. We offer prorated refunds within 14 days of charge for any reason.

Generating pauses until your count resets on the 1st of the month, or you can upgrade to get more right away. Everything you already generated stays available.

Your data is sent over HTTPS, each store's data is kept separate, and it is deleted after you uninstall. To write content, the product details you submit are sent to OpenAI, our AI provider. See our privacy policy for the full list of service providers.

The product, collection and blog content you choose to process, your settings, usage counts and your store's contact email. The app never requests access to customer data, orders or payment details.

Scheduled features stop at once. About 48 hours later Shopify asks us to erase your store's data and all of it is deleted from our database.

Not at all. The app runs in the Shopify admin only. No code is injected into your storefront. Zero performance impact.

It depends on length and load. In our own tests a product description took under 10 seconds and a medium blog post about 30 seconds. A bulk job works through products one after another in the background.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Bulk generation processes up to 50 products at once in the background. You can close the browser and the job continues server-side.

Yes — that's our AI Vision feature (Pro plan). Upload a product photo and AI Vision analyzes it to write complete content automatically.

Yes, for products. Every push saves the product's previous title, description and SEO fields. Go to History and click Restore on that item. Collection pushes cannot be restored, so the app warns you first.

No. The app uses its own OpenAI account, so there is nothing for you to set up.
